The mother of a missing Bayswater man has pleaded for her son to make contact with his family.
Antony Colquhoun was last seen by his best friend about 11pm on October 12 at his Bayswater home in Leake Street
Police have expressed concerns for Colquhoun's welfare.
Mr Colquhoun's mother Julie said her son was an innocent man who was bipolar and would have run out of his medication.
"He's always a boy who has kept constant contact," she said.
Ms Colquhoun said her son had in recent times been completely dependent on his family for financial support and he did not have the means to take care of himself.
"You can't explain how you feel, I just need to know he's okay," Ms Colquhoun said.
His brother Aiden said he now feared for Antony's "safety and wellbeing".
He said his brother had been a bit down that day but the pair had talked through Antony's concerns and his brother left the conversation seeming "happy".
Antony is described as 182cm tall, with a fair complexion, medium build and brown hair.
He does not own a vehicle and it is not known what he was wearing on the day of his disappearance.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should phone police on 131 444.
