City Beach and Floreat beach have been re-opened after a shark sighting this morning.
Surf lifesavers re-opened the beach just after 9am.The shark was sighted 300m off Floreat Beach just after 8am.
City, Cott, Mullaloo, North Cott, Scarborough and Trigg beach have active patrols. The UV index is 12 today, remember to Slip Slop Slap.
Fisheries advise sighting of 4m-5m shark u/k species 4km south of Mindarie 1km offshore between Burns Rock and the beach. Reported 07:12am.

The SW Westpac Lifesaver Helicopter sighted an unknown 3m shark 100m offshore at Injidup and Mitchell Rocks, tracking South.
