Hollywood star Tom Cruise will not press charges against an Australian reality show winner for trespassing.
Jason Sullivan, who won $100,000 on the Nine Network reality show homeMADE three years ago, is believed to have been intoxicated when he mistakenly jumped the fence of Cruise's Hollywood home on Sunday night.
Sullivan, Cruise's neighbour in Calle Vista Drive, was subdued by a security guard with a Taser before being arrested by LA police.
Cruise's lawyer Bert Fields says the star of Mission Impossible would not press charges against the 41-year-old Australian, according to Hollywood gossip website TMZ.
"Tom's not a vindictive guy," Fields told TMZ.
"The guy was drunk. He didn't have a malicious intent."
