UPDATE: 2.20PMThree original members of The Wiggles will retire from touring at the end of the year.
Greg Page, Murray Cook and Jeff Fatt will step down from touring duties after The Wiggles Celebration Tour, this year, to take on "backstage creative roles".
Blue Wiggle Anthony Field will lead a new look line-up which will feature Emma Watkins (yellow Wiggle), Lachlan Gillespie (purple Wiggle) and Simon Pryce (red Wiggle).
The group, which released their first album in 1991, perform to more than a million people around the world each year.
News of the shake up was announced on the group's website today and comes just four months after yellow Wiggle Sam Moran was dumped to make way for original member Page.
Page rejoined the entertainers after taking time out to recover from debilitating disease dysautonomia.
"Singing, dancing and performing for children and their parents around the world has been such great fun-we have been so lucky to do something that we love for so long," Greg said in the statement.
"When The Wiggles asked me to return to the group last year I was excited at the thought of performing with the three guys that I started the group with 21 years ago. With Murray and Jeff's decision to stop performing at the end of the year it's a nice sense of closure to also end my time on stage during the final tour with all the original members of the group."
Old and new members of the group will take part in the Celebration Tour, which starts in the USA next month. The tour will visit the UK, Canada and New Zealand before returning to Australia in November and December.
Watkins said she was excited to be the first female member of The Wiggles.
"I've been a big fan of The Wiggles since I was a little girl, so it's a huge privilege to be invited to wear one of the skivvies and perform for a whole new generation of children," she said.
