Perth's CBD was buzzing last night as some of the State's young trendsetters came together to get a glimpse of prolific WA designer Garth Cook's spring-summer collection, which unfolded under the stars at The Promenade in Bishop's See.
Adding some star power to the evening was model/reality TV starlet Lara Bingle, who flew in to Perth on Monday.
Fashionably late, Bingle, wearing Christopher Esber, arrived with Billie & Rose fashion aficionados Emmi Moore - who had West Coast Eagles boyfriend Chris Masten in tow - and Pippa McAuliffe, who was accompanied by her rocker fiance Sugar Army bassist Chris Simmons.
McAuliffe, Moore and Simmons took Bingle for a quick tour around Perth yesterday, which included a pit stop at Kings Park and a dip at a secluded spot in Mettams Pool.
Speaking to AAA ahead of her appearance, Bingle revealed her plans for 2013.
"I have a lingerie line coming out at the end of the year, that's kind of the biggest thing that I've been working on for almost eight months," she said.
Bingle said she wanted to focus on her upcoming fashion projects rather than sign on for a second series of Being Lara Bingle.
"I think that my focus, to be honest, is putting my work at the forefront and me behind-the-scenes for now," she said.
"My life has been very public for the last six to seven years so it's nice to be able to be recognised for the work I do."
West Coast Eagles' Andrew Embley stepped out to support the local designer with pregnant wife Rayne, who was glowing in a Manning Cartell and White Suede ensemble, along with Eagles teammate Sam Butler and his new wife Natasha. Also spotted in the crowd, who kicked on at an after-party held at The Terrace Hotel, was My Kitchen Rules contestant and mum-to-be Andi Thomas, who appeared to be having a girls' night out without partner Josh Maldenis.
