Olivier Martinez has reportedly dropped criminal charges against his fiancee Halle Berry’s ex, Gabriel Aubry.
An altercation broke out between the two men outside Berry’s LA home last month, which saw both Aubry and Martinez taken to hospital.
While it is believed Martinez sustained injuries to his hand, pictures of Aubry’s bloodied and bruised face showed the full extent of the Canadian model’s injuries and subsequently saw him obtain a restraining order against Martinez. However, reports at the weekend suggested that the trio have slowly come to an agreement and that Aubry has decided to drop the restraining order.
A source told RadarOnline that Martinez also did not want to press charges against Aubry — the father of Berry’s daughter Nahla — and that local authorities had turned the case over to their attorney’s office to determine whether charges should be filed.
They then went on to say that Aubry and Berry agreed on a confidential settlement last week, which included a stipulation that neither party would press criminal charges against the other.“All sides managed to agree to satisfactory terms with the focus being on ending the mayhem for the sake of Halle and Gabriel’s daughter Nahla,” the source added.
