AJ McLean and his wife Rochelle DeAnna Karidis are expecting their first child together.

The Backstreet Boys star and Karidis wed at the Beverly Hills Hotel in December of 2011. The union had been on the cards for a long time, but it was postponed earlier in the year after AJ checked into rehab for the third time.

The couple were excited to share their impending parenthood with loving fans.

"I just wanted to say thank you guys for all your love and support," AJ said in a video he posted on YouTube on Sunday. "We recently got married - I was the most recent Backstreet Boy to take the plunge. Because we love you all so much, we wanted to share with you - for the first time - something very special. We're having a baby!"
