Robert Pattinson has revealed details about the birth scene in the new Twilight movie.

In the final chapter of the Twilight Saga, which is scheduled for release in two parts, Bella Swan, played by the actor's real-life girlfriend Kristen Stewart, pictured with him, gives birth to a vampire child.

"There are scenes where Bella looks like an alien. When the baby eats her from inside, she looks so thin and ghastly," he said. "Kristen had to wear this horrible make-up and I'd ask the crew 'Are you sure we're filming Twilight? Isn't it supposed to be harmless and PG?'"
