A Glee star's spokesperson says "there is no truth" in a woman's accusation that the TV star forced her to have sex without a condom.
According to her lawsuit, Roxanne Gorzela started dating Mark Salling in September 2010.
"Roxanne acknowledges she consented to having sex with Mark - but only with a condom," gossip website TMZ reported.
"The suit, filed by attorney Philip J. Layfield, alleges 30-year-old Mark blew off her demand and proceeded to [have intercourse] 'without a condom'.
"She says she protested and Mark pulled out, but re-engaged again without a rubber."
Gorzela alleges that later that month, when she went to confront Salling at his house about the "emotional distress she was suffering" and her health concerns, she found him in bed with another woman, TMZ said.
"Roxanne says she demanded on the spot he prove that he was clean - no STDs - and he allegedly responded by grabbing her and pushing her to the ground," TMZ said.
Gorzela said she filed a police report about the incident.
Salling's publicist, Janice Lee, told TMZ: "There is no truth to this. It's the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star's success."
"We turn the rest over to Mark's attorneys and have no further comment."
