Seven breakfast program Sunrise saw a considerable boost in the ratings on Wednesday thanks to South Korean pop sensation Psy's crowd-attracting performance in Sydney's Martin Place.
Psy - real name Park Jae-Sang - flew into Sydney for a whirlwind visit this week.
He performed his worldwide mega-hit Gangnam Style on The X Factor on Tuesday night before appearing on Sunrise the next morning.
Based on the OzTAM overnight total people data, Wednesday's Sunrise broadcast attracted 462,000 - 100,000 more than the previous Wednesday's figures.
In Perth, 51,000 tuned in to watch the K-pop star perform, which marks a considerable boost for the breakfast show given 39,000 watched the previous Wednesday's show.
Nationally, Seven dominated the top three spots with Surveillance Oz coming out on top to attract 1.124 million viewers, followed by Seven News (1.059 million) and Highway Patrol (1.051 million).
It was a similar result on the local front, with Seven claiming the top three spots.
Seven News won the night, though Surveillance Oz also was popular in Perth, coming second.
Big Brother's Wednesday show proved a flop in Perth, in 25th spot with just 54,000 viewers, putting it behind a repeat of QI on the ABC.
