Archaeologist and TV presenter Adam Ford has just finished filming a new season of WA-made series Who's Been Sleeping In My House? - and has an even bigger adventure lined up.
He heads to Turkey this month to supervise excavations at one of the oldest villages ever discovered.
The site, Boncuklu Hoyuk, sits to the south-east of the ancient city of Konya on the central Anatolian plateau and dates back 10,000 years, making it one of the earliest villages in the world. "This site dates to the beginning of society and civilisation," he said. They're some of the first home builders."Season two of Who's Been Sleeping In My House? will air on ABC1 next year and includes a house from Roleystone.
