Robyn Lawley expecting baby
Model of the moment Robyn Lawley has been closely guarding some big news - she is expecting her first child.
The Australian beauty yesterday confirmed the pregnancy rumours that have persisted for the past few months but dropped another bombshell about how soon her due date was.
"I'm about six months pregnant. It wasn't that big of a shock," Lawley told Australian Women's Weekly.
"We were excited when we found out."
The father of the baby is the 25-year-old's fiance Everest Schmidt, who she has been dating for more than three years and is currently holidaying with in California.
A spokesperson for Lawley also confirmed the reports to the Daily Mail yesterday.
"We are very excited for Robyn and Everest, they are a beautiful couple who are a real team and will be magnificent parents together," the representative said.
Despite a handful of recent public commitments, Lawley has managed to keep her burgeoning baby bump under wraps.
There has been no hint of the pregnancy on the model's Instagram account and a swimsuit spread for Marie Claire magazine earlier this month appeared to have been captured before she started to show.
Lawley, who is often referred to as "plus size" because of her size 12 frame, also seems to be casual when it comes to her wedding, revealing she was not in a rush to head down the aisle.
"I don't believe in marriage," she told an Eastern States paper.
"I believe in love and commitment and I am really committed and really in love and I want to be with him for the rest of my life. But I don't need a wedding, they actually scare me."
