Meares late for drink-driving charge
Model and designer Jodhi Meares has arrived at court in Sydney more than two hours late over charges of high range drink driving and driving while suspended.
The first wife of billionaire James Packer is facing the possibility of jail time over the drink-driving charge.
She is expected to enter a plea today.
Wearing a black pant suit, Ms Meares was accompanied by her lawyer Chris Murphy.
"Go away," he told the press gathered outside Waverley Court.
The 43-year-old blew 0.181 and had to be rescued from her Range Rover after smashing into three parked cars in Bellevue Hill in Sydney's eastern suburbs in June.
