Stepping out with partner Nick Hayler for the first time since announcing her pregnancy, Bree Maddox glowed in a form-fitting Jonte gown.

"I'm just so happy that it's out so I don't have to hide my belly any more," she told _AAA Weekend _while tenderly rubbing her stomach.

Designer Aurelio Costarella closed the magnificent Mythic-themed fashion show with the collection he opened Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia with earlier this year.

Costarella also dressed the night's biggest celebrity attendees, including Bunbury-raised starlet Courtney Eaton in a sexy leather gown.

The 18-year-old, who has just finished filming Gods of Egypt in Sydney alongside Gerard Butler and Geoffrey Rush, said she had to do a double take after seeing herself in the trailer for Mad Max: Fury Road this week.

"It was so surreal, it feels like we filmed it so long ago," said Eaton, who divides her time between Los Angeles, Sydney and London.

Costarella also dressed high-profile mother-daughter duo Greta Scacchi and Leila George, who are in town for Black Swan State Theatre Company's play, The Seagull.

George told _AAA Weekend _Costarella was also dressing the pair for the play's highly anticipated opening night next week.

She added she was enjoying being in her mum's home town for the first time since she was a child.

Costarella's 2014 spring/summer collection was just one of the stand-outs in what is Perth's biggest night of black-tie fashion, with other highlights including Zhivago, Ae'lkemi, One Fell Swoop and a dramatic showing from 33 Poets.
