Some of *Perth *'s models ruled the runways during New York Fashion Week's autumn-winter 2013 shows.

After wowing Paris fashion weeks for the past two years, *Chrystal Copland *continued her rising status in New York landing eight shows, including the prestigious Anna Sui parade, pictured below, where she walked alongside international supermodel *Karlie Kloss *and had such heavy hitters as US Vogue's creative director *Grace Coddington * and film director *Sofia Coppola *watching from the front row. Anna Sui has helped build Copland's profile in the US after using her as the face of the brand in two recent advertising campaigns.

Perth's *Tom Bull *landed the most shows out of any other Australian male model, walking in five parades. Bull, pictured above backstage, walked alongside *Madonn * *a *'s 25-year-old boyfriend, *Brahim Zaibat *, who was making his runway debut, at the Jeremy Scott ready to wear fashion show. The 22-year-old former face of the *Perth Fashion Festival *moved to the Big Apple last August after signing with Red Model Management and has been inundated with work, which sees him travel regularly to Europe.

Out of the 14 Aussie models who landed shows during New York fashion week, another two came from Perth. Former *Methodist Ladies' College *student *Bridget Malcolm * landed the J Crew show while *Skye Stracke *walked in the Brandon Sun show.
