Miranda Kerr has reportedly contacted police after cyber hackers targeted the supermodel's personal email account.
Kerr took to Twitter on Monday to inform her followers of the compromise and warn those responsible that she was taking the incident seriously.
"Just with the cyber crime unit. Whoever hacked my account expect a knock on the door very soon," Kerr tweeted.
Kerr's representative, Annie Kelly, has since confirmed the incident with News Ltd.
"We can't say much more than that other than we are definitely in close contact with senior members of the fraud and cyber crime squad, but it does not involved any of her social networking accounts," Kelly said.
Kerr is in Australia for work commitments. On Monday she was unveiled as the new ambassador for counselling service Kids Helpline.Last week the 29-year-old graced the runway for the David Jones autumn/winter 2013 season launch in Sydney.
