P *erth *beauty *Scherri-Lee Biggs *' burgeoning TV career is on the rise. The former *Watermans Bay *stunner, who was last year's Miss Universe Australia, moved to Melbourne last year and landed a presenting role on the Victorian travel show Coxy's Big Break.
Biggs, left, has now been signed up to cover the courtside colour and do backstage player interviews at this year's Australian Open on Seven/GWN7.
"This role is best suited to me," Biggs, who is a huge tennis fan, told a Melbourne publication this week. "It's getting to know players on a more personal level and seeing them on their days off. I'd like to see Lleyton Hewitt . . . I've already met him but he's so lovely and a great Aussie icon."
Joining Biggs at the upcoming tournament is another fellow West Aussie, Seven sports reporter *Basil Zempilas *, who has also scored a major broadcasting gig at the sports event.
