Pippa Middleton, the sister of Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, has reportedly been offered $US600,000 ($569,000) a year to appear on the US Today Show as a royal correspondent.
Middleton, who won the attention of the world with her figure-hugging bridesmaid dress at the royal wedding last year, is still a big name on either side of the Atlantic, and bosses at the NBC show want to cash in on that.
She would also be seen covering events such as the Chelsea Flower Show or the opening up of Buckingham Palace.
Executives believe Middleton would only have to appear on the show about 20 times to earn her fee, which should lead up to the birth of her niece or nephew."NBC senior figures see her appeal as huge, as she is linked to the Royal family," a source close to the network told Britain's Sunday Mirror.
