Unlikely couple Axle Whitehead and Samara Weaving have reportedly ended their off-screen romance.

The pair, Liam Murphy and Indigo Walker on the long-running Seven soap Home and Away, said in June they were an item after a number of intimate sightings.

There had been speculation that the pair first got together in Perth for a series of shopping centre appearances in April.

"Yeah, we're hanging out and there's just been rumours flying around and we're enjoying each other's company... taking it slow," Whitehead told AAA in July of his relationship with Weaving.

However, an Eastern States newspaper reported the couple have moved on to new partners, with Whitehead, 32, seen out with a brunette last month and Weaving, 20, spotted "recently canoodling in Sydney's inner west with a bearded hunk".
