Security was tight when Brian McFadden married Vogue Williams in Italy but not tight enough to prevent some blurry pictures making their way onto the website of an Irish newspaper.

The couple exchanged vows in front of family and friends at Castello di Vincigliata, in the countryside near Florence on Sunday.

McFadden was given moral support by his fellow Australia's Got Talent (AGT) judge and best man, radio personality Kyle Sandilands.

The Irish Sun reports the couple spent 220,000 euros (A$269,619) on the event, which was also attended by AGT judge Dannii Minogue.
