Mug shots have emerged of Lost star Matthew Fox.

The snaps of the 45-year-old, right, who was busted in Oregon in May for driving under the influence, were taken last Friday - almost two months after his arrest.

Why did it take so long to get the shot?

At the time the actor was hauled in by police, the jail camera was not working so he had to go back last week for the official pic.

The charge was dealt with last month with Fox having to complete a court-mandated treatment program.
