Time Between Us
Tamara Ireland Stone
REVIEW: HEATHER ZUBEK
This is certainly one for young romantics, with two teenagers thrown together by fate, but not meant to be.
Anna, 16, lives in 1995 and 17-year-old Bennett in 2012.
Bennett is desperately trying to control his "gift" of time travelling, while Anna is desperate for adventure.
At first, Time Between Us reads a lot like a teenage version of The Time Traveller's Wife and perhaps the author was inspired by that story of the time-weary husband.
But teenage girls especially will enjoy following the relationship between
Anna and Bennett as they come to terms with their future. It will make a comforting change from reading about vampires, werewolves and other creatures populating the paranormal.
