It sounds like an unlikely pairing but Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon is set to team up with suave singer Michael Buble for a duet.
Speculation that the two would collaborate on Buble’s next album was initially sparked in October, but the 37-year-old crooner, left, has now confirmed the rumours are true.
“By all accounts that would be true, yeah,” the Canadian singer told UK TV show, Daybreak.
“I am a big fan, so myself and my camp wanted to do this with her and we were thrilled she was excited about it too. That will be a studio album next year.”
It’s not the first time Witherspoon has put her vocals to good use — in 2005 she portrayed singer- songwriter June Carter Cash in the Johnny Cash biopic, Walk the Line.'The West Australian' is a trademark of West Australian Newspapers Limited 2013.
