For those wondering how to obtain Aussie pop princess Kylie Minogue’s taut and trim figure, the answer is simple: Pilates and the “odd” gym session.
The 44-year-old singer, right, revealed her slimming secrets to Britain’s Star magazine, admitting she didn’t like to go over-the-top with her fitness regime.
“I do Pilates,” she said. “And when I’m staying in a hotel I sometimes go to the gym. But I don’t overdo it.”
She also added that she was far from disciplined when it came to exercise.
“I wish I was one of those women who do their exercises first thing in the morning or run straight to the fitness studio as soon as they get up,” she explained.
Though she preferred to be more relaxed with her cardio regimen, Minogue said that, when it came to her diet, she was much more disciplined.“For lunch I might have grilled fish with vegies, and if Andres (Velencoso — her partner) is in tow, we tend to go a bit Spanish for dinner and have something like a piece of tuna on a green salad," she said.
