Miley Cyrus will likely be cleared of allegations she assaulted a man at a nightclub earlier this month, according to a new report.
The former Hannah Montana star was partying with fiance Liam Hemsworth at Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel on September 9 when she got caught up in an altercation with a stranger.
The man later filed a report with police, alleging he was assaulted during the dispute, and police confirmed they were investigating his claim.
A representative for Cyrus said the allegation was "completely false and erroneous", and now editors at TMZ.com report surveillance footage from inside the venue confirm Cyrus is in the clear.A report on the website suggests police have been handed the film and the probe is ongoing.
