Allegations that Celebrity Apprentice star *Tania Zaetta *collected donations through her unregistered charity have been dropped.

The Office of Fair Trading offered no evidence against Zaetta in the Southport Magistrates Court, meaning the star will not be charged.

About $29,000 was collected by the charity, Peace for the Children, from October 2010 to January 2011.

The organisation, of which Zaetta, below, is a founding director with *Grant Hilton *, was fined $50,000 in November.

Hilton was fined $10,000 and has admitted to failing to register the charity.

Zaetta's lawyer, *Chris Nyst *, said the Bollywood actress was, "happy the madness (was) over".

"She should never have been charged," he said.

"All she did was give freely of her time to a charity and instead of praise she got criticism."
