Octavia Spencer wants her breasts to be where they were "when she was 17."
The Help actress has been nominated for the best supporting actress prize at this weekend's Academy Awards.
To celebrate her achievement, Spencer will lavish herself with one present in particular following the ceremony.
"Well, I am going to get my boobs lifted. That's going to be my first gift," Octavia told Parade magazine.
"I'm going to do that. I figured going into my 40s I want my boobs where they were when I was 17."
The 39-year-old actress will address her breasts later this year.
"Oh definitely [I'll have the surgery post-Oscars] because right after the Oscars I start a Diablo Cody movie," she explained.
"We're taping out of the country for four months so I wouldn't be back here until about August. So I would want to do this around November. Then that way I could just relax until January."
Spencer is giddily preparing to walk down the red carpet for the big event on Sunday. The actress, who is the sixth of seven children, has a host of family to choose from to bring as her date.
Spencer is opting not to make the Oscars a family affair this year.
"If I could take all of my siblings, it would be easy and I would do that. But since I can't, I have to keep it in perspective since we got there as a team," she said.
"Even if only a few of us are singled out, I would rather have as much of us there as possible because they worked on the film and should bask in all of its glory. I think that is the right thing to do. If my mum would be alive, it would definitely be her, but she's not."The 84th Annual Academy Awards will take place at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.
