ANZ customers have recorded a partial victory in their multi-million dollar class action against the bank, with the Federal Court ruling that late payment fees on credit cards are a breach of contract.
DOW - DOWNER EDI - steady at $4.80
Engineering group Downer EDI has won a $70 million contract with Crocodile Gold Corp to help run the Canadian company's Northern Territory operations.
EGP - ECHO ENTERTAINMENT GROUP - down 14 cents, or 6.03 per cent, at $2.18
The operator of Sydney's The Star casino says it needs to upgrade its private gaming rooms after they suffered a sharp fall in revenue, while chief executive John Redmond has announced he will step down in May.
