Two founding board members of the Australian Agricultural Company will step down next year as the beef producer renews its executive team.
AACo has also made three immediate appointments of new non-executive directors.
The company said Nick Burton Taylor and Chris Roberts would not stand for re-election at the company's next annual general meeting, due for May.
The pair has served on the AACo board since the company listed in 2001.
Chairman Donald McGauchie said they had decided it was an appropriate time to step down to allow for an orderly transition.
Tom Keene, former managing director of GrainCorp, chartered accountant Stuart Black and former National Farmers Federation president David Crombie have been appointed to the AACO board as non-executive directors.
