Perth terminal to open next month

Perth Airport's new domestic terminal will open next month.

Work on the $120 million terminal, which will open on March 2, began less than 18 months ago.

Chief executive Brad Geatches said the new terminal would help meet the ever-growing needs of the fly-in, fly-out-reliant resources sector.

Terminal two is next to terminal one, the current international terminal, making it easier for people in regional WA to connect to international services. "It also represents the first stage in our vision to have all commercial air services operating in one precinct by 2020," Mr Geatches said.
