Main Roads WA has named civil engineer and business manager Stephen Troughton to replace long-serving managing director Menno Henneveld.
Mr Troughton, who has been working for US-based global engineering firm Kellogg Brown and Root in Queensland for the past few years, has also worked in infrastructure management and project management in the UK and the Middle East.
The 44-year-old will be responsible for a State Government agency with an annual budget of $1.6 billion.
