New chief for PayPal Australia

payment service provider PayPal Australia has appointed a new managing director from the company's US headquarters.

Jeff Clementz will take the top role after nine years with PayPal in San Jose, where he was most recently the leader of the company's operational team for global customer service and operations.

"Jeff brings with him the type of expertise that will be integral to leading the development of our Australian business," senior vice president of PayPal Asia Pacific Rupert Keeley said in a statement.
