A 35-year-old teacher from Perth's northern suburbs has been charged with sex offences involving a student.
Police allege the high school teacher had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old female student.
He has been charged with five counts of sexual penetration of a child aged 16 or over by a person in authority.
The alleged incidents occurred between September and November in 2013.
He was charged last Friday and is due to appear in Joondalup Magistrates Court on March 17.
