Australian bombshells Cate Blanchett and Miranda Kerr have been named among Vogue magazine's best dressed women of 2013.
The actress and model join style icons like singer Rihanna, designer Stella McCartney, model Cara Delevigne and actress Kerry Washington on the annual list.
Blanchett, 44, has attracted much acclaim for her bold fashion choices in the past, a fact that editors of the US publication said made her a deserving addition to this year's list.
"No matter the occasion, the Blue Jasmine star greets the red carpet triumphant, always nailing the daunting combination of fashion-forward and timeless elegance," they wrote.
Former Victoria's Secret stunner Kerr, 30, was called a "Street-style Barbie in the absolute best way" for her ability to look glamorous even while undertaking mundane tasks.
Known for her polarising dress sense, Rihanna was perhaps a surprise addition to the list but was applauded for being "a sartorial volcano liable to erupt at any moment in the most fabulous anytime-anywhere ensembles imaginable."
The editors added the singer "laughs at the phrase dress code, opting for maned and sequined Tom Ford or printed Christopher Kane sweats for a sidewalk jaunt."
