A former Finks bikie associate was jailed yesterday for failing to answer questions at an Australian Crime Commission probe.
Andrew Reginald Keith Fagan, 43, was sentenced to 14 months jail after pleading guilty to four counts of refusing to answer the ACC's questions, including whether he was a nominee of the Finks' Perth chapter, after taking an oath at an inquiry connected to outlaw motorcycle gangs.
District Court Chief Judge Peter Martino ordered Fagan serve only four months behind bars, after which he will be released on a $5000 good behaviour bond. He said the offences were serious, but noted Fagan had since ended his two-year association with the Finks and had a limited criminal record.Sponsored links
