Parcel move helps ease problems

Online shoppers will soon be able to pick up parcels from their newsagent after a move to address concerns about missing home deliveries and stolen packages.

The WA Newsagents Association has formed a partnership with parcel delivery company ParcelPoint to provide a secure parcel pick-up service at newsagents.

ParcelPoint will notify customers when their parcel has arrived and shoppers will be required to pay a small fee.
