Drugs seized at Lansdale house

Police have charged two men after cocaine, methamphetamine, ecstasy and cannabis were allegedly found at their Landsdale home yesterday.

A police spokeswoman said the men were driving on Mirrabooka Avenue when officers pulled them over in a traffic stop.

She said police searched their car and allegedly found methamphetamine and ecstasy hidden in the vehicle.

Police later searched the home of the two men and allegedly uncovered large quantities of illicit drugs, including cocaine, methamphetamine, ecstasy and cannabis, as well as a significant quantity of cash, drug paraphernalia and a mobile taser device.

A 21-year-old Landsdale man has been charged with two counts of possessing a prohibited drug with intent to sell or supply (methamphetamine and MDMA), one count of unlawful possession, one count of possessing a prohibited drug (ecstasy) and one count of possessing of drug paraphernalia.

He is set to appear Joondalup Magistrate's Court today.

A 24-year-old Landsdale man has been charged with possessing a prohibited drug with intent to sell or supply (MDMA), possessing a prohibited weapon, unlawful possession and two counts of possessing a prohibited drug (methamphetamine and cannabis).

He is due to appear Joondalup Magistrate's Court on February 27.
