Man dies on Osborne Park worksite

Worksafe inspectors have launched an investigation after man died on a worksite in Perth after a container carrying glass sheets fell on him.

The man in his mid-20s died following the incident in the Osborne Park area at just after 1pm WST on Monday.

He was taken to Royal Perth Hospital but was confirmed dead shortly after.

Police were called to the hospital and a spokeswoman for Worksafe WA said inspectors were on the scene.
