Children 'grabbed by man' in Byford

Detectives are investigating after two young children reported being grabbed by a man while they crossed a road in Byford this week.

The seven-year-old girl and a six-year-old boy have told police the man grabbed hold of them while they crossed Pomera Drive at about 4.30pm on Wednesday.

The children ran from the man and went to one of their houses.

The man was last seen walking east along Pomera Drive, towards Malarkey Road.

The man is described as being in his early 20s, Caucasian with a medium build and dark hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt and khaki pants.
