A house fire in Perth's southern suburbs early this morning caused $400,000 damage.
Firefighters attended the blaze on King Road in Oldbury about 1.50am after a passerby alerted authorities.
The fire was quickly extinguished and no-one was inside at the time.
A police spokesman said the Department of Fire and Emergency Services were still trying to contact the property's owner.A fire investigation officer will be at the house later today, but police believe the blaze was not suspicious.
