Man punched for iPod and necklace

Four teenagers punched and robbed a young man walking near his home in Orelia after he refused to give them cash.

A police spokesman said the 17-year-old boy was walking near his home when he was approached by a group of youths.

After refusing to give them change he was punched several times and his iPod and necklace were stolen.

Police located four suspects nearby and charged a 15-year-old Victoria Park boy and a 17-year-old Cooloongup boy with aggravated robbery.

They will appear in the Perth Children's Court this morning.

Another Rockingham teenager is on bail and will appear in court at a later date. A fourth suspect was dealt with by the Juvenile Justice Team and will not appear in court.
