A 32-year-old man has been charged after an altercation in Kalgoorlie that resulted in the death of a 35-year-old man.
It is alleged that on Friday about 11pm, police were called to a home on President Street after a report of a stabbing.
The 35-year-old victim was taken to Kalgoorlie hospital where he was then airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital.
The man died in RPH as a result of his injuries.
Major Crime Squad Detectives charged the 32-year-old with grievous bodily harm.
The 32-year-old is due to appear in Kalgoorlie Magistrates Court today.
