Busy day for lifesavers

It's already a busy day for Surf Life Savers WA reporting a suspected spinal injury at Secret Harbour and a shark sighting off Floreat Beach.

With temperatures expected to reach 40C today, beaches - and lifesavers - are busy.

Surf Life Savers WA reported at 9.54am that at ambulance had been called to Secret Harbour for a female patient with a suspected spinal injury.

Lifesavers and an ambulance also attended a minor injury at Trigg Beach in which a female patient received a dislocated shoulder.
