Woman trapped in serious freeway crash

Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash on the Mitchell Freeway.

A police spokesman said the vehicle was travelling south near Karrinyup Road about 6.30pm when car reportedly spun out and rolled three or four times before coming to rest on the roof.

He said initial reports were that a woman was trapped in the vehicle.

Fire and rescue officers, paramedics and the police major crash squad have been called to the scene.
