Mandurah man dies in NW crash

A 33-year-old Mandurah man has died after losing control of a vehicle he was driving in the State’s North West yesterday.

The man and two passengers were travelling north on the North West Coastal Highway heading towards Carnarvon when it is believed the driver lost control of the car after reaching for an item on the dashboard.

The car rolled and crashed about 3.30pm and the driver died at the scene.

The two passengers were taken to Onslow Hospital and later transferred by Royal Flying Doctor Service to Port Hedland Hospital to treat their injuries, which are not believed to be life threatening.
