Help sought in Ridgewood armed robbery

Police are seeking public help to solve an armed robbery in Ridgewood this past Saturday night.

Between 11pm on November 10 and 1am the next day a group of four teenagers were approached at a Hester Avenue underpass by two men - one armed with a blade - who demanded they hand over their personal belongings.

After complying with the demands, the teens fled the area.

The armed offender is described as between 20 and 30 years, about 180-190cm tall with fair skin and a skinny build. He was wearing dark pants and a dark grey hooded jumper which may have had writing or a logo on the front.

The weapon was about 60cm long with a pattern on the blade.

The second offender is described as a man in his late teens or early twenties, about 180-190cm tall with brown eyes, black curly hair, black facial hair and a more pronounced goatee. He was wearing dark pants and a dark grey or black jumper.
