Police plea for crash witnesses

Police are seeking public information on a crash in Karratha which left a motorcyclist seriously injured.

The 28-year-old man was riding his bike north along Nickol Road around 5.55pm on Monday when he collided with a Ford Fiesta being driven by a 21-year-old woman.

The force of the impact threw the man 10 metres from his bike. He was airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital and remains in a critical condition.

The woman received minor injuries and was treated at Karratha Hospital.
