Injured Midland woman dies

A woman found injured on the side of the road in Midland has died in hospital.

Police are still investigating how the 19-year-old came to be injured. She was spotted by a passing motorist about 2.30am on Monday on Morrison Road.

It is understood her partner, who was with her when she collapsed, called an ambulance.

The woman died in Royal Perth Hospital yesterday after her life support was switched off.
