A rare chance to buy a heart-shaped pink Argyle diamond to create a personalised piece of jewellery is on offer at a Telethon auction tomorrow.

It will be on offer at Artitude, an annual exhibition and sale of fine art from Perth's leading galleries to raise money for Telethon's speech and hearing early intervention program.

Funds are raised through corporate sponsorship, commission on art sales and the charity auction.

The pink diamond plus 12 small Argyle pink diamonds are in a package worth $10,000, which includes design consultation and craftsmanship to create personalised wearable art with Rohan Milne of Rohan Jewellery.

Mr Milne said since opening his business more than four years ago he had been keen to find a way to contribute to the community.

For the past two years he and his wife Toni had been involved in the charity auction and believed the Telethon speech and hearing program made a tangible difference to children with hearing impairments.

Artitude organisers hope to raise more than $250,000 this year to take proceeds from the exhibition past $2 million since it began in 2000.

The cocktail party will be at Burswood Entertainment Complex.

Admittance is by ticket only.
