Ken Walther is the jingles king of Perth.

He’s written more than 3000 and is perhaps best known for Channel 10’s long-running Kenny Kidna.

He’s also the man behind the Dockers club song and in 1987, along with BC+Y marketing principal Richard Clarke, re-arranged the Eagles theme song.

What do you think of the tribute? Have your say

His latest effort is a tribute to Collingwood president and television personality Eddie McGuire.

Written in collaboration with Clarke and well known nightclub owner Bob Maher, this sort of ode to the everywhere man is called I Wanna Be Like Eddie.
